Returns Policy
This section is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1981 (from now on referred to as “the Act”).
A customer may cancel an order before the products are delivered by providing written notice to the company. However, as the law defines, special orders cannot be canceled. Upon cancellation, the company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the product value or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
Cancellation of an order after delivery is allowed only within 14 days of receipt, no assembly was performed at the customer’s home, and the goods are in their original condition and packaging. Upon cancellation, the company may charge a cancellation fee as specified above.
Cancellation of a transaction does not diminish the company’s right to claim damages for returned products whose value has decreased due to significant deterioration while in the customer’s possession, including products that have been used, opened, or damaged.
In case of product return, the customer is responsible for transportation costs and must arrange for a carrier to deliver the products to the company’s warehouse (not the store).
No credit will be issued for items not paid for, such as promotions or gifts.
Orders for custom-made furniture or other products based on specific dimensions, fabric, or color are considered special orders and cannot be canceled under the law.
Orders for clearance or sale items are not considered special orders. However, return policies are subject to the product’s sale page and the Consumer Protection Act.
In a distance selling transaction with a disabled, elderly, or new immigrant consumer, the consumer may cancel the transaction within four months from the date of the transaction, receipt of the goods, or receipt of the document containing the details specified in Section 14G(B), whichever is later, provided that the transaction involved a conversation between the seller and the consumer, including electronic communication.
All refunds will be issued using the original payment method and subject to credit card company timelines.
If an out-of-stock item is ordered, the customer will be refunded immediately and notified by email. The customer may wait for the item’s restocking or select an alternative product. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
The company may cancel any purchase that violates these terms or if there is a suspicion of illegal activity.
