Privacy Policy
The personal details provided by the customer within the site will be subject to the company’s privacy policy.
The company will not disclose the customer’s/user’s details except in any of the following cases:
a) If required to do so by a judicial order or by law;
b) If it receives a warning of legal proceedings against it due to actions taken by the customer/user and in any dispute, claim, demand, or legal proceedings, if any, between the customer/user and the company;
c) If the company organizes its activities within another entity or in the event of a merger with another entity or the merger of its activities with those of another entity – the company will be entitled to transfer the registrant’s details to the said other entity, provided that the other entity accepts the provisions of this privacy policy;
d) If a claim is made or the company suspects that the customer/user has performed an act and/or omission that harms and/or may harm the company and/or anyone on its behalf and/or any third parties;
e) If a claim is made or the company suspects that the customer/user used the site for illegal purposes and/or to facilitate, assist, or encourage such actions;
f) If a claim is made or the company suspects that the customer/user violated any of the terms of the regulations and/or any agreement with the company and/or anyone on its behalf;
g) If and to the extent necessary for the company’s activities, such as transferring details to employees, subcontractors, and other entities involved or participating in the company’s marketing activities (for operational purposes only). The customer/user will have no claim or demand against the company regarding the disclosure of their details as mentioned and hereby waives any claim and/or lawsuit in this regard.
Filling out the digital registration form constitutes the customer’s/user’s consent that their details and any data generated based on analyzing these details and any information about them that has come or will come to the company’s knowledge will be held in one or more of the company’s databases or on its behalf and that this information will be used for the following purposes only:
a) For marketing, advertising, sales promotion, and sales purposes, and for contacting the customer/user in any way, including by direct mail in any communication medium deemed appropriate (including in writing, print, telephone, text message, fax, computerized method, or other means). It is clarified that contacting the customer/user will not occur in cases where they requested not to receive marketing information through these methods.
b) To encourage loyalty, conduct statistical analysis and research, conduct surveys, and engage in any other online marketing activity.
c) For internal purposes, such as investigating complaints and/or reviews and sending marketing and promotional material via “cookies.” Such use of the registrant’s details will not be considered a violation of privacy. It is further agreed that such information will be viewed as the company’s property, and the customer/user waives any claim regarding the use and/or ownership of such information, including a waiver of any claim under the Privacy Protection Law, 1981. The company will not be considered in breach of privacy or infringing on user privacy due to any information, as defined in the Computers Law, 1995, that can identify a user or trace them by another, resulting from the use of electronic communication means in general and computer communication in particular.
The customer/user acknowledges that they are not legally required to provide their details and that providing the aforementioned information is done voluntarily and with their consent.
The customer/user expressly agrees to the above use of the details they filled out and confirms that such use will not be considered a violation of privacy and will not entitle them to any remedy and/or compensation. A customer/user who does not wish to receive direct mailings will notify the company in writing on the company’s website https://eleganzafurniture.com or through the removal mechanism found in each mailing, in which case the company will act according to the instructions provided. To avoid doubt, the company will still be entitled to use the registrants’ details for the above purposes, subject to maintaining the customer’s/user’s privacy and according to applicable law.
